Northwestern Medical School graduate ('2000) Dr. Booker Evans has made a donation to the work of Krystal Foundation. Dr. Evans donation will help the Foundation to continue to do its work on behalf ot young adult leaders pursuing a career in medicine. A native of Brooklyn New York, Dr. Evans has a successful psychiatry practice in Anchorage and Fairbanks Alaska. Dr. Evans is married to Carla Evans, with two college children.
Dr. Evans is making a difference.

- Financial Donations - Make a tax deductible donation that directly supports the programs and events Krystal Foundation offers.
- Scholarship Contributions - Oftentimes young adult leaders do not have the money to participate in Krystal Foundation programs; proivide a scholarship for more young adult leaders to get involved.
- College and Health Professional School Tuition - Provide the opportunity for a young adult leader to attend college, OR to attend medical school, nursing school or a school for the allied health sciences; and graduate. Or, simply join with others to make college and becoming a member of the health care team a reality.
- Other Financial Donations- Gifts of stock. bequest, annuities, life insurance, gifts "in memory of", or "in honor of" can make a tremendous difference in Krystal Foundation programming.
- Sponsor an Event - Become a key sponsor or partner of one of the Krystal Foundation events.
- Speakers Bureau Volunteer - Join the Krystal Foundation Volunteer Speakers Bureau and share your professional experience on health-related topics the community needs to know about, as well as on medical careers in medicine, science, and research.
- Event Volunteer- Join our team of volunteers and work directly with planning and executing educational and informational initiatives designed to heighten awareness and educate Chicago area residents and young adult leaders at Krystal Foundation sponsored events.
